Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of beef products, returns are not accepted. However, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us at lyonranchbeef@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include:

·       Order number
·       Photos of the product and packaging
·       Description of the issue

We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, arrange a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries
Please verify all shipping details at checkout. Lyon Ranch Beef is not responsible for delays or spoilage due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts.

Right to Refuse Service
Lyon Ranch Beef LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct, fraudulent activity, or violation of our terms.

Shipping Policy

We are not able to ship orders at this time. Local Pickup and Delivery is available.

Local Delivery

·       We offer free local delivery within 60 miles of Kimball, SD on orders over $50.
·       We offer delivery within 100 miles of Kimball, SD for a fee of $50.
·       Bulk Orders purchasing halves or whole quarters of beef qualify for free direct delivery by our team anywhere in South Dakota.

Lyon Ranch Beef is state-inspected, which legally requires all point-of-sale transactions to occur within the state of South Dakota. As a result, we cannot sell or ship beef across state lines. However, any out of state visitors are free to buy our beef as long as the point-of-sale transaction occurs within state lines. 

All frozen beef orders are shipped via UPS 2 Day shipping to maintain premium quality and food safety.

·       Shipping Days: Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
·       Delivery Guarantee: All shipments are packed with care to remain frozen during transit. If your order arrives thawed or damaged, contact us within 24 hours.
·       Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday to ensure proper handling.
