The Lyon Ranch Quarter Beef

The 1/4 beef is a great way to fill your freezer with a balanced mix of premium steaks, roasts and ground beef. All vacuum sealed. Comes out to approximately 130 lbs of beef and takes up about 6 cubic feet of freezer space.

Steaks (~35 lb total):

• 8 Ribeyes
• 8 NY Strips
• 6 Sirloins
• 4 Tenderloin Filets
• 4 Sirloin Tip Steaks

Roasts (~25 lb):

• 2 Chuck Roasts
• 2 Arm Roasts
• 2 Rump or Round Roasts

Other Cuts (~8–10 lb):

• 2 Short Rib Packs
• 1 Small Brisket (~6 lb)

Ground Beef (60 lb):

• 60 one-pound packages or patties
